CVE-2023-31056 describes a vulnerability in CloverDX versions prior to 5.17.3 where passwords are inadvertently written to the audit log when enabled and single sign-on is not in use. This medium-severity flaw (CVSS 6.5) allows an authenticated attacker to potentially compromise user credentials by accessing the audit logs, leading to a high impact on confidentiality.
