When a client connects via a Pulsar Proxy using mTLS, the Function Worker incorrectly authorizes based on the Proxy's role instead of the client's, potentially leading to privilege escalation if the proxy has superuser privileges. This vulnerability has a CVSS score of 8.8 (High), indicating a network attack vector with low complexity and high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
