CVE-2023-28392 is a critical command injection vulnerability affecting multiple models of Wi-Fi AP UNIT devices from Inaba, including the AC-PD-WAPU and AC-WAPU-300 series, running firmware versions v1.05_B04/P and earlier, or v1.00_B07/P and earlier. This flaw allows an authenticated administrative user to execute arbitrary operating system commands on the affected device. With a CVSS score of 7.2 (HIGH), successful exploitation could lead to complete compromise of the device, including confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
