CVE-2023-27469 describes an arbitrary file deletion and denial-of-service vulnerability in Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit version 4.4.0.220. This high-severity flaw (CVSS 7.1) allows a local attacker, without user interaction, to delete arbitrary files or cause a denial of service by sending a specially crafted ALPC message where the FullFileNamePath lacks a null terminator.
