CVE-2023-23689 is an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability affecting the integrated hardware management software on various Dell PowerScale nodes (A200, A2000, H400, H500, H600, H5600, F800, F810). This vulnerability, rated 7.5 HIGH on CVSS, allows an unauthenticated network attacker to cause a denial of service by impairing hardware management functionality and triggering OneFS data protection mechanisms. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
