CVE-2023-0353 describes a critical vulnerability in Akuvox E11 and its firmware, where stored passwords are encrypted using a weak algorithm and a hard-coded decryption key. This allows an attacker to easily decrypt passwords from configuration files. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), this vulnerability is remotely exploitable with low attack complexity, enabling full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
