CVE-2023-0011 is an input validation flaw in u-blox TOBY-L2 series modules (TOBY-L200, TOBY-L201, TOBY-L210, TOBY-L220, TOBY-L280) that allows arbitrary operating system command execution. An attacker with physical access to the serial interface or the ability to modify the system using it can send specially crafted AT commands. This vulnerability carries a CVSS score of 6.8 (Medium) due to its high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability, granting full administrative privileges. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage.
