CVE-2022-45426 is an unrestricted file download vulnerability affecting several Dahua software products, including various DHI-DSS4004-S2, DHI-DSS7016D-S2, DHI-DSS7016DR-S2, DSS Express, and DSS Professional versions. With a CVSS score of 6.5 (Medium), this vulnerability allows an attacker with ordinary user permissions to download arbitrary files by sending a specially crafted packet to a vulnerable interface. The attack vector is network-based with low complexity, and its primary impact is high confidentiality compromise.
