CVE-2022-45424 is an unauthenticated AES crypto key request vulnerability affecting several Dahua software products, including various DHI-DSS4004-S2, DHI-DSS7016D-S2, DHI-DSS7016DR-S2, DSS Express, and DSS Professional versions. An attacker can remotely obtain the AES crypto key by sending a specially crafted packet to a vulnerable interface. Rated Medium severity (CVSS 5.3), this vulnerability has a low impact on confidentiality and requires no user interaction or privileges.
