CVE-2022-45338 is an arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the profile picture function of Exact Synergy Enterprise versions 267 (before SP13) and 500 (before SP6). This allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code by uploading a specially crafted SVG file. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), indicating a low attack complexity and high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
