CVE-2022-44784 is a high-severity vulnerability affecting Maggioli Appalti & Contratti 9.12.2. It allows remote, authenticated attackers to create arbitrary services on the server by exploiting an exposed Axis AdminService, which should be restricted to localhost. This unauthenticated access enables attackers to write JSP pages to the web application's root directory, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code, active exploitation, or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
