CVE-2022-39039 describes a critical Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in aEnrich’s a+HRD product, stemming from inadequate URL parameter filtering. This flaw allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to send arbitrary HTTP(s) requests, potentially leading to arbitrary system command execution or service disruption. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction or privileges required, posing a significant risk of complete compromise.
