CVE-2022-38451 is a directory traversal vulnerability in the update.cgi functionality of FreshTomato 2022.5 firmware, affecting various FreshTomato and Siretta products. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this flaw by sending a specially crafted HTTP request, leading to arbitrary file disclosure. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, allowing for high confidentiality impact without requiring user interaction.
