Incorrect installer privileges for Client V3 services allow a local user to overwrite an executable via an alternative data stream, leading to high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable with low attack complexity and no user interaction required.
