CVE-2022-37060 is a high-severity Directory Traversal vulnerability affecting FLIR AX8 thermal sensor cameras running firmware versions up to and including 1.46.16. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this by sending a specially crafted URI to access files outside the server's intended directory, leading to sensitive information disclosure. With a CVSS score of 7.5, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction required. While no public exploit code or active exploitation has been observed, FLIR has released firmware version 1.49.16 and later to address this issue.
