CVE-2022-35729 is an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the OpenBMC firmware for certain Intel platforms prior to version 0.72. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to potentially cause a denial of service via network access. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), it is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction required. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
