22
FAUCET Score

CVE-2022-3346 describes a DNSSEC validation bypass vulnerability in the go_resolver_project go_resolver package. An attacker can exploit this flaw by presenting a crafted RRSIG record for an attacker-controlled domain in response to a query for a different domain, leading to the package incorrectly validating invalid records. With a CVSS score of 6.5 (Medium), this vulnerability has a network attack vector and low attack complexity, but requires user interaction to be successful, potentially leading to high integrity impact.
