CVE-2022-31249 is a critical OS Command Injection vulnerability in SUSE Rancher's wrangler component, affecting versions 0.7.3 and prior, 0.8.4 and prior, and 1.0.0 and prior. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying host by sending crafted input to wrangler. With a CVSS score of 9.8, it presents a severe risk of complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
