It allows any authenticated user to execute arbitrary SQL queries by manipulating Base64-encoded data sent from the client to the server via the /AgilePointServer/Extension/FetchUsingEncodedData API endpoint. This flaw can lead to full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
