CVE-2022-3010 describes a critical vulnerability in the Priva TopControl Suite, where the SSH service uses predictable credentials derived from the device's serial number. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to easily calculate and gain unauthorized access to the system. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, potentially leading to full compromise of confidentiality. Despite its severity, there is currently no public exploit code, nor is it listed on the KEV catalog, and it has received minimal community discussion or media coverage.
