An attacker can gain full administrative control by knowing the device's serial number, which is used to derive the password for the "verizon" username. This vulnerability carries a CVSSv3.1 score of 8.1 (High) due to its network-based attack vector, low attack complexity, and high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
