CVE-2022-28376 affects Verizon 5G Home LVSKIHP outside devices, allowing unauthorized access to the CPE admin website for devices manufactured through February 15, 2022. An attacker can gain full administrative control by knowing the device's serial number, which is used to derive the password for the "verizon" username. This vulnerability carries a CVSSv3.1 score of 8.1 (High) due to its network-based attack vector, low attack complexity, and high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code available, and the vulnerability shows no signs of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
