CVE-2022-26990 is a critical command injection vulnerability (CVSS 9.8) affecting Arris SBR-AC1900P, SBR-AC3200P, and SBR-AC1200P routers. Attackers can execute arbitrary commands by injecting malicious input into the EmailAddress, SmtpServerName, SmtpUsername, and SmtpPassword parameters within the firewall-local log function. This unauthenticated vulnerability allows for complete compromise of the affected devices.
