CVE-2022-25368, known as Spectre BHB, is a variant of the Spectre-v2 side-channel vulnerability affecting AmpereComputing and ARM processors. It allows an attacker to exploit shared branch history to induce mispredicted branches, potentially leading to cache allocation that can leak sensitive information. With a CVSS score of 4.7 (MEDIUM), this vulnerability requires local access and high attack complexity, but could result in a complete loss of confidentiality.
