CVE-2022-23043 describes a critical vulnerability in Zenario CMS 9.2, allowing an authenticated administrator to bypass file upload restrictions. By creating a new '.phar' MIME type, an attacker can upload malicious files and execute arbitrary commands on the server. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.2) has a low attack complexity and can lead to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
