CVE-2022-22789 is an account takeover vulnerability in Charactell FormStorm Enterprise, allowing an authenticated attacker to modify user passwords. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.8) is due to cleartext usernames and obfuscated passwords in the xx_users.ini file, enabling an attacker to replace existing passwords and gain full control over user accounts.
