CVE-2022-20960 is a denial-of-service vulnerability in Cisco AsyncOS Software for Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA). An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by establishing numerous concurrent TLS connections, causing the device to drop new TLS email messages. Rated 7.5 HIGH on CVSS, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with high impact on availability, though the device recovers autonomously.
