CVE-2022-0788 is a critical SQL injection vulnerability affecting the WP Fundraising Donation and Crowdfunding Platform WordPress plugin prior to version 1.5.0. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands due to improper sanitization of a parameter within a REST route. With a CVSS score of 9.8, the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. While not currently in CISA's KEV catalog, a Nuclei template exists for detection, and there is no evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion at this time.
