CVE-2022-0779 describes a path traversal vulnerability in the User Meta WordPress plugin prior to version 2.4.4. This flaw allows low-privileged users, such as subscribers, to enumerate local files on the web server by manipulating the filepath parameter of the um_show_uploaded_file AJAX action. With a CVSS score of 6.5 (Medium), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low privileges and no user interaction, leading to high confidentiality impact.
