CVE-2021-44014 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Jt1001.dll component of JT Open, JT Utilities, and Solid Edge, affecting all versions prior to V11.1.1.0, V13.1.1.0, and V2023 respectively. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.8) can be triggered by parsing specially crafted JT files, potentially allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process. While the attack requires user interaction (UI:R) and local access (AV:L), the impact is significant, leading to high confidentiality, integrity, and availability compromise. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
