CVE-2021-43355 is a critical vulnerability in Fresenius Kabi Vigilant Software Suite (Mastermed Dashboard) version 2.0.1.3 and related products, stemming from insufficient server-side validation of user input. An attacker can bypass client-side authentication checks to gain service privileges, potentially leading to full compromise of the system. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, resulting in high impact to confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Despite its severity, there is currently no public exploit code available, and it is not known to be actively exploited in the wild. Community discussion and media coverage for this CVE are minimal.
