CVE-2021-42786 is a critical Remote Code Execution vulnerability affecting the SteelCentral AppInternals Dynamic Sampling Agent (DSA). The flaw stems from a lack of input validation in multiple API endpoints, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious payloads. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
