It allows authenticated attackers to exploit insecure parsing of base64-encoded SVG parameters within the Debrief plugin during PDF generation. This flaw can lead to severe impacts including file exfiltration, Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF), and out-of-band data exfiltration, as reflected by its CVSS score of 8.8.
