An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this by activating SSH on the proprietary management protocol (TCP 5558), leading to a denial of service for Network Management System (NMS) and Network Element (NE) communication. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, resulting in high availability impact.
