CVE-2021-35619 is a high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.1) affecting the Java VM component of Oracle Database Server versions 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1, 19c, and 21c. This vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker with Create Procedure privilege and network access via Oracle Net to compromise the Java VM. Successful exploitation, though difficult and requiring human interaction from a non-attacker, can lead to complete takeover of the Java VM, impacting confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
