CVE-2021-34605 is a zip slip vulnerability affecting XINJE XD/E Series PLC Program Tool up to version v3.5.1. This flaw allows an attacker to achieve arbitrary file write privileges by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted project file or by initiating an upload program request from an infected Xinje PLC. With a CVSS score of 7.3 (HIGH), this vulnerability has a low attack complexity and requires user interaction, but can lead to remote code execution, information disclosure, and denial of service. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
