CVE-2021-32952 is an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the DGN file-reading procedure of the Drawings SDK (versions 2022.4 and prior), affecting various OpenDesign and Siemens products including COMOS, Drawings SDK, JT2Go, and Teamcenter Visualization. This flaw, stemming from improper data validation, allows an attacker to write past an allocated buffer. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), successful exploitation could lead to a denial-of-service condition or arbitrary code execution, requiring user interaction (e.g., opening a malicious DGN file). There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
