CVE-2021-32946 is an improper input validation vulnerability affecting OpenDesign and Siemens products that parse DGN files, including Drawings SDK, JT2Go, Teamcenter Visualization, and COMOS. This flaw, rated 7.8 HIGH, allows an unauthenticated attacker to trigger out-of-bounds issues by tricking a user into opening a malicious DGN file. Successful exploitation could lead to a denial-of-service condition or arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the current process. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, publicly available exploit code, or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
