CVE-2021-27293 is a Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) vulnerability affecting RestSharp versions prior to 106.11.8-alpha.0.13. A malicious server response containing a specially crafted string can cause the RestSharp client to become unresponsive while attempting to convert it to a DateTime object. This vulnerability is rated High severity (CVSS 7.5), indicating it can be exploited remotely with low attack complexity, leading to a complete denial of service for the affected client.
