This flaw allows any authenticated user, including subscribers, to invoke the ip2location_country_blocker_save_rules AJAX action. With a CVSS score of 7.1 (HIGH), the vulnerability has a low attack complexity and can lead to a high impact on availability by blocking arbitrary countries or all countries, preventing legitimate users from accessing the website.
