CVE-2021-22024 is an arbitrary log-file read vulnerability affecting VMware vRealize Operations Manager (8.x prior to 8.5), VMware Cloud Foundation, and VMware vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.5) allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access to the vRealize Operations Manager API to read any log file, leading to sensitive information disclosure. The attack is low complexity and does not require user interaction. There is no evidence of active exploitation, and public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB) is not available. Community discussion and media coverage are minimal.
