CVE-2021-21971 describes an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the URL_decode function of Sealevel Systems SeaConnect 370W v1.3.34. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to achieve a high integrity impact by intercepting and manipulating MQTT traffic. While the attack complexity is high, successful exploitation could lead to an out-of-bounds write. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
