CVE-2021-21077

CVE-2021-21077 is a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability affecting Adobe Animate version 21.0.3 and earlier, as well as Adobe Animate on Microsoft Windows. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 7.8) allows an unauthenticated attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution on a victim's system, but requires user interaction, specifically opening a malicious file. While the potential impact is significant (confidentiality, integrity, and availability are high), there is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or notable community discussion or media coverage.
