This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Configurator, though successful attacks require human interaction from a non-attacker. With a CVSS 3.1 Base Score of 8.2 (High), it can lead to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Configurator accessible data, as well as unauthorized data modification.
