CVE-2021-1965 describes a critical buffer overflow vulnerability in various Qualcomm Snapdragon products, including Auto, Compute, Connectivity, Mobile, and Wired Infrastructure and Networking platforms. This flaw, rated 9.8 CVSS (CRITICAL), stems from insufficient parameter length checks during MBSSID scan IE parsing, allowing unauthenticated remote attackers to achieve high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
