CVE-2021-1582 describes a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the web UI of Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC) and Cisco Cloud APIC. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 5.4) allows an authenticated, remote attacker to inject malicious script due to improper input validation. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary script execution within the web interface or access to sensitive browser-based information.
