CVE-2020-8479 is an XML External Entity (XXE) Injection vulnerability in the Central Licensing Server component of numerous ABB products, including ABB Ability System 800xA, Compact HMI, and Symphony Plus. This critical vulnerability (CVSS 9.8) allows an unauthenticated attacker to remotely read or call arbitrary files from the license server or network, and disrupt license handling.
