CVE-2020-8349 describes an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability in the optional REST API management interface of Lenovo Cloud Networking Operating System (CNOS) and several RackSwitch models. This flaw, rated Critical with a CVSS score of 9.8, allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code with no authentication required, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. While the interface is disabled by default, if enabled and accessible, it presents a significant risk. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
