CVE-2020-7820 describes a critical arbitrary code execution vulnerability in the Nexacro14/17 ExtCommonApiV13 Library, affecting versions under 2019.9.6, as well as Microsoft and Nexaweb Nexacro 14/17 on Windows. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), this vulnerability allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by manipulating API arguments, potentially leading to a complete system compromise, including rebooting the victim's PC. Despite its severity, there is currently no public exploit code available (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), and it is not listed in CISA's KEV catalog.
