CVE-2020-5359 is an Unchecked Return Value vulnerability affecting Dell BSAFE Micro Edition Suite versions prior to 4.5, as well as several Dell and Oracle products utilizing this suite. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit this medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 5.8) to modify and corrupt encrypted data. While the attack vector is network-based with low complexity, the potential impact is limited to data integrity.
