This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to generate valid password reset tokens due to the predictable nature of the seed used. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability has a low attack complexity and can lead to unauthorized password resets and account compromise. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
